Mcknelly Megalith
Carved approximately 1100 A.D., the Moais of Easter Island weighted up to 82 tons each. People have long wondered how the natives of Papa Nui managed to move the massive stone carvings across the island from the inland volcanic quarry in which they were carved. Using a similar technique, based on recent discoveries by archeologists, the McKnelly Megalith is a 2000-pound movable concrete sculpture was built and erected by only a handful of people.
